Dr. Paweł Motyczyński performs regularly with renown orchestras in outstanding concert halls in Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark and the Netherlands. He obtained his doctorate of arts at the Academy of Music in Krakow, Poland from the Chopin specialist Prof. Miroslaw Herbowski. Paweł is a laureate of international piano competitions in Rome, Kraków and Budapest, and participated in the 17th International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw.
Piano duo
Baayon Duo is a piano duo that seeks out agreement in musical personality and sound which creates interpretations full of character. This "Character" is based on lively, fresh and spontaneous dialogue. The duo has released two CDs for four hands played on two pianos. Baayon Duo is regularly invited to perform in exclusive music centers in Amsterdam, Warsaw, Krakow and Hamburg.
